Sales Resources

Our sales resources are designed to help leaders and organisations put into place frameworks and processes to help with individual and organisation success. Based on local and overseas research we have found that many organisations follow no logic process when it comes to important business functions such as performance management and recruiting. We also realise that on today's world, many organisations have time and budget constraints.  The Performance Management and Recruitment Kits offer a simple, yet efficient and effective way to guide your organisation.

The kits can be implemented as off-the-shelf and implemented in your organisation straightaway or we can work with you to develop customised frameworks for specific organisational requirements. We can also offer additional support to these resources in areas such as consulting advice, coaching and full job design to identify key behavioural competencies for the role.
